| Job Description Responsibilities Development in Laravel. Vue 2.8 Development PHP7+ / MySQL HTML, CSS/SASS/LESSCSS JavaScript / jQuery Experience with source code management systems (we use git) Responsive Designs Peer Code Reviews Skills & Experience Required Significant development experience with PHP and Laravel. You’ve written code that is not only secure but scales to a large number of users. Production experience with MySQL. You’ve designed database schemas with an emphasis on scalability and performance. Experience working with large amounts of frequently updated data, and designing efficient schemas, is a plus. Experience with building high performance environments on AWS. A detailed understanding of Laravel internals, commands, jobs and API integration. Experience with Apache and NGINX. You’ve built apps on a LAMP/LEMP stack. Experience with VueJS, HTML, CSS, and JS. Working knowledge of Git and GitHub. You’ve collaborated with other developers on a project on GitHub. Bonus Skill Set Heavy experience in data from multiple sources, mapping and manipulating to feed multiple destinations. Data Storage optimization, data caching. Experience using Linux systems. You’re comfortable using the command line to troubleshoot issues on a server. Experience with AWS. You’ve built apps that run and scale in AWS. Experience with automation of tasks with APIs, hooks and web scraping Knowledge of other languages is a strong plus. Understanding of good SEO practices |
